Returns
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

- No defects, but (unlikely event) our products disappoint on any account, we still have you covered. The sandalwood soap smells just amazing and I'm glad it has no chemicals in it cos Sappho loves trying to bite into it! I also am loving the After-sun cream that leaves his skin soft after a day out in the sun. I'm using Earthbaby shampoo on Sappho too, It's great. I love that the shampoo is parabens and sulfates free and Sappho loves that its tear free.
