Shipping
We ship within 24 hours from date of order. We use Delhivery, DTDC and other reliable courier partners.

Delivery time:
Within 3 to 7 days from date of order. We ship from Bangalore. You will receive a tracking id by email with expected delivery date.

International:
Shipping charges will apply as per actuals. We will inform you and process the order after your approval.

Returns
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

No defects, but (unlikely event) our products disappoint on any account, we still have you covered. We're happy to take it back even after use — write to customerservice@earthbaby.in and we'll refund it in full. No forms. No questions. We request you to ensure you have only tried the product and therefore used no more than a fourth of it.
