We ship within 24 hours from date of order. We use Xpressbees, Delhivery and other reliable courier partners.
Delivery time: Within 3 to 7 days from date of order. We ship from Bangalore. You will receive a tracking id by email with expected delivery date.

International: Shipping charges will apply as per actuals. We will inform you and process the order after your approval.

Returns

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.  If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
  • It will be eligible for replacement, in cases where there are defects found with the product.
  • No defects, but (unlikely event) our products disappoint on any account, we still have you covered. Claim your refund by sending back your purchase to our Marketing office at the address mentioned on the label. The sandalwood soap smells just amazing and I'm glad it has no chemicals in it cos Sappho loves trying to bite into it! I also am loving the After-sun cream that leaves his skin soft after a day out in the sun. I'm using Earthbaby shampoo on Sappho too, It's great. I love that the shampoo is parabens and sulfates free and Sappho loves that its tear free.
