Returns
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:- It will be eligible for replacement, in cases where there are defects found with the product.
- No defects, but (unlikely event) our products disappoint on any account, we still have you covered. Claim your refund by sending back your purchase to our Marketing office at the address mentioned on the label. We request you to ensure you have only tried the product and therefore used no more than a fourth of it. Thank you.

The sandalwood soap smells just amazing and I'm glad it has no chemicals in it cos Sappho loves trying to bite into it! I also am loving the After-sun cream that leaves his skin soft after a day out in the sun. I'm using Earthbaby shampoo on Sappho too, It's great. Natural lipsticks can sometimes seem dry in the beginning because they lack synthetic ingredients like silicones and artificial emollients which provide an immediate smooth glide. Our lipsticks on the other hand, contain plant-based oils which have a denser texture and require a bit of warmth from your lips to soften and apply more smoothly. We therefore recommend swiping the lipsticks a few times on the back of your hand to warm the tip, before first application, to activate the oils and ensure good colour-pay off along with effective moisturization.

The moisturizing effect lasts for several hours. You can reapply as needed to maintain moisture through the day.
