We ship within 24 hours from date of order. We use Xpressbees, Delhivery and other reliable courier partners.

Delivery time: 3 to 7 days from order date. We ship from Bangalore. You will receive a tracking id by email with expected delivery date.

International: Shipping charges will apply as per actuals. We will inform you and process the order after your approval.

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. 

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

• It will be eligible for replacement, in cases where there are defects found with the product.
• No defects, but (unlikely event) our products disappoint on any account, we still have you covered. Claim your refund by sending back your purchase to our Marketing office at the address mentioned on the label. We request you to ensure you have only tried the product and therefore used no more than a fourth of it. Thank you.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
